Arc Human Services is hiring an Assistant Residential Director to join their team in the Canonsburg / Washington area !
Up to a $1000 sign on bonus

SUMMARY;
This position reports directly to the Residential Director and will be responsible for the following duties. Responsible for monitoring all aspects of Arc Human Services' residential facilities and for assuring that the physical, emotional and programmatic needs of the clients are met. Responsible for providing ongoing supervision and support of multiple Program Specialists and in their absence, will delegate or perform their duties as necessary. Must carry an emergency cell phone twenty-four (24) hours per day, seven (7) days per week

Qualifications
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- This position will directly supervise multiple Program Specialists.
- Bachelor's Degree in social human science field and three (3) years of related experience.
- Valid driver's license with at least a three-year clean driving record.
- Ability to pass background checks, physical and TB test.
- Act 33 and 34 clearances.
