Arc Human Services has an exciting opportunity for a Communication and Digital Content Coordinator located in Canonsburg, PA.

You will be working with our team, helping with the daily management of communications, as well as creating and communicating creative ideas through social platforms, such as Insta, TikTok, Facebook, etc., to help enhance and grow support for our mission in supporting people with disabilities to lead an everyday life. Your work will also help us grow and maintain digital media, including our website, social media, and Intranet (SharePoint), while enhancing our brand and sharing the stories with the communities we support and serve. This will include creating and curating engaging content for multiple platforms, including written materials, images, and videos.

Qualifications

The position requires an Associate's degree and experience as a communications and media coordinator. The ideal candidate will have familiarity with creative software (such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva) for designing graphics and editing photos/videos, basic understanding of WordPress, and a basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
