SUMMARY

The Human Resources Recruiter is responsible for performing Human Resources duties on a professional level and works closely with Management in supporting their hiring needs and decision-making.  In addition, this person will assist in the day-to-day operations, functions and duties in the Human Resources Department. The Human Resources Recruiter carries out responsibilities in some or all of the following areas: departmental development, employee relations, training and development, compensation, organization development, executive administration, and employment.  

 

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university in Human Resources, or related field; or five years of human resources recruiting experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 

• Valid PA Driver’s License
• Ability to pass background checks, physical, TB (ALL company paid!)

 

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

 PHR and/or SHRM-CP certificate is helpful but not a requirement.
