We are looking for a Direct Support Professional in the Allenport area. This is a full-time position with a need for flexibility with shifts. A sign on bonus and weekend shift bonus is also offered.

Qualifications:
' Experience helpful, but not necessary- Complete PAID training provided!
' 18 years of age or older
' High School Diploma or GED
' Valid PA Driver's License with 3 year clean driving record

Job Description
Residential Program Workers provide direct care to individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities living in a community home setting. This position has overall responsibility for the health, welfare and development of the individuals in the site; maintenance of a clean, safe, comfortable environment; and understanding and following the policies and procedures of the agency. This position requires the ability to work semi-independently and as a productive member of a team, have effective decision making skills, and be willing to cultivate a respectful and meaningful relationship with the individuals served. This position acts as an ambassador for the Arc Human Services mission and values within the workplace and the community, and with families and all supportive entities in care.
Responsibilities include supporting daily living skills, personal care, cooking, cleaning, transportation, community engagement, dispensing medications, supporting goals and behavior modification, and thorough, accurate documentation of care.
