Job Description:

The Program Specialist is responsible for coordinating and completing assessments, participating in the individual plan process, development, and team reviews in accordance with state regulations. The Program Specialist is also responsible for providing and supervising activities for the individuals in accordance with the individual plans.
You will be supporting the integration of individuals in the community and supporting individuals' communication and involvement with families and friends.

Qualifications, Certifications. Licenses:
  • Master's degree from an accredited college or university and 1 year of work experience working directly with individuals with an intellectual disability or autism. Or a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and 2 years of work experience working directly with individuals with an intellectual disability or autism. Or an associate degree or 60 credit hours from an accredited college or university and 4 years of work experience working directly with individuals with an intellectual disability or autism.
  • Valid PA Driver's License
  • Act 33/34 clearances, FBI Background Check (if not a resident of PA for two years) and valid CPR and First Aid certification.
  • Ability to pass background checks, physical, TB (ALL company paid!)
