Executive Director

The Board of Directors of the Center for Community Resources, Inc. (CCR) is searching for its next Executive Director to serve as leader of this dynamic non-profit organization.  Beth Gillan, Executive Director will retire January 31, 2025.  The Board seeks an individual who is a recognized human services leader and committed to helping individuals and families in need.

CCR is a private nonprofit 501(c)(3) headquartered in Butler, Pennsylvania, dedicated to connecting individuals and families to essential supports and services. Founded in 2002, CCR collaborates with human service agencies to address community needs and serves as an integrated point of contact for those seeking assistance. With services spanning 67 Pennsylvania counties and physical offices in 17 counties, CCR impacts over 40,000 individuals annually through its diverse programs. The mission of CCR is to make a positive difference in everyday lives by connecting people to a network of supports and services essential for actively learning, working, and living in the community.

Requirements for CCR’s Executive Director are (with preferred in parenthesis):

Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field (master’s in human services or related field preferred); at least five years executive and/or senior leadership nonprofit experience; and knowledge of leadership and management principles related to non-profit organizations.

Salary Range:

$125,000 - $140,000
