Hanlon Electric Company, a commercial electrical contractor located in Monroeville, PA is seeking a
qualified individual for a full-time administrative assistant position.
Job Description:
Primary Responsibilities:
Administrative Support of Project Managers
Assist Service Manager with scheduling Service Jobs
Assist Project Managers in tracking project materials
Skills and Qualities:
Working knowledge of OfOffice365, specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Strong Computer Skills
Ability to Multitask
Ability to prioritize time sensitive tasks
Proficient with Numbers
Detail Oriented
Strong Organizational Skills
Presents High Degree of Integrity
Ability to Communicate Effectively
Be able to operate general office equipment, copiers, printers, postage machine, phones, fax
machine, etc.
Working knowledge of construction related software such as Procore, PlanGrid, AutoCad is a
plus
Working Environment: Normal Business hours, Monday through Friday, Climate controlled office
