Front Desk Coordinator
Location: Pittsburgh, PA

Both our Pittsburgh and Cleveland locations are in search of a Front Desk Coordinator.  This person will serve as the first point of for the entire corporate office buildingHoward Hanna offers competitive pay, benefits and a vacation/PTO package! Job Functions / Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors daily with a pleasant demeanor 
  • Answer and direct incoming calls
  • Miscellaneous administrative functions (formatting reports, assist with mailings, making copies, etc)
  • Update outlook calendar with meetings/events
  • Assist in setting up meetings as requested.
  • Schedule conference rooms through Outlook
  • Act as back up to C-Suite Executive Assistants as necessary
  • Maintains the cleanliness of the main lobby and 1st floor kitchen


Qualifications

  • Must have strong customer service skills and pleasant demeanor, be able to work well with all employee levels in the organization.
  • Must have strong organizational, interpersonal, and communications skills
  • Some analytical ability is required in order to gather and summarize data for reports, find solutions to various administrative problems, and prioritize work. Ability to be proactive and be a problem solver is imperative.
  • Ability to adjust with changing priorities.
  • Possess a high attention to detail.
  • Proficient in computer applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • 1 – 3 years of Administrative or Receptionist experience required
