Applications to take the test for the position of Entry Level Police Officer are being accepted on behalf of the Municipality of Bethel Park until 5:00 pm on Monday, April 29, 2024. Interested applicants may apply online at https://bethelpark.net/careers or click the QR code.

 

Information pertaining to physical agility and written tests will be provided at the time of application. A physical agility test is scheduled for the morning of Saturday, May 11, 2024, with a written test to follow in the afternoon of that same day for those who pass the physical agility test.

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • 21 years of age or older

  • Must have earned 60 credits from an accredited college or university

  • US Citizen

  • Physically and mentally fit

  • Possess a valid driver’s license

  • Possess qualifications necessary for admission to a certified PA police academy

  • Ability to pass a comprehensive background check
