Bartender - Casino (Part-Time)

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible to take orders from patrons, ring in orders, prepare drinks correctly and return these orders in a timely manner
• Ability to authorize and issue complimentary services to patrons in accordance with the approved Complimentary Matrix which is part of internal control section 465a.7
• Responsible for following all cashiering policy and procedures particularly with accuracy and safeguarding of funds, i.e. cash, comps, credit cards, etc.
• Responsible for, but not limited to, the following: stock bar items, fill ice bins, replace bottles on Berg System, replenish juice used at bars
• Maintain all areas clean including bar mats and coolers, empty garbage, and mop floors
• Ensures the proper service of alcohol by following the current laws of the state and the policies of the company
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide with/or without the aid of a calculating device
• Any other assigned duties and responsibilities

Employees in this position may be assigned to work in other Food & Beverage positions that require the same type of license.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF EXPERIENCE OR EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Six months’ experience in cocktail service, bartending or bar back
• Must be able to receive and maintain all required certification
• Must complete all required company training
