QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be able to speak English.
• Must have at least 2 years experience in a management-level role in a fine dining establishment.
• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in a Forbes 4 or 5 star rated restaurant is preferred.
• Strong Wine Knowledge.
• Proven track record of staff development and retention.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Possess an outgoing personality.
• Be able to multi task.
