• Daily reading of logbook and pick-up of daily event sheet
• Complete walk through of vehicle; log damage on log sheet and report to manager
• Check vehicles fluids and tires
• Required to clean both exterior and interior of vehicles
• Ability to interact with guests that have high expectations
• Provide guests information about resort facilities, activities and services
• Greet and make eye contact with all guests entering the vehicle
• Make deliveries to guests rooms, when required
• Let guests into rooms, when required
• Dispatch other shuttles as needed
• Serve as Dispatcher when needed
• Perform transportation off property
• Courteous communication on hand-held radios between dispatcher and other drivers
• Must stay on continuous loop throughout property
• Serve as a liaison between guests and management
• Transport Associates to and from their destination (work and housing locations)
• High School diploma is required
• Must possess strong interpersonal relationship skills
• Have ability to take direction and be able to work under stressful situations
• Must be flexible with schedule and be able to work evenings, days, holidays and weekends
• Must possess excellent communication skills and have desire to work with other people in a team environment
• Must be able to speak English
• Must be willing to work varied hours
• Must be able to drive standard and automatic transmissions
