SUPERINTENDENT

The Township of O’Hara, Allegheny County, PA is seeking a qualified candidate for Public Service Superintendent. The Superintendent directs/supervises the operations, all department employees and related activities within the Township, including but not limited to, maintenance of Township infrastructure, parks, equipment maintenance, and response for severe weather. The Superintendent is responsible for the organization, operation and overall performance of the department, including the department budget. Work is performed in all weather conditions. The applicant should have five to seven years of increasingly responsible experience in Public Works or a related field, including two years of administrative and supervisory responsibility. The Superintendent also has frequent contact with the public and other Township employees. Salary is negotiable based on experience. Customary benefits are available.
