The Member Service Position will be responsible for helping our members by opening new accounts, processing transactions, cross selling our product and services, and enrolling members for, and servicing our automated services while resolving related technical issues.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the current and evolving products and services, policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Properly Identify member or potential members and document and update member records-based interactions
• Cross-sell products and services by providing information about the credit union offerings.
• Accurately perform teller and member service transactions
• Manage and maintain all member or potential member inquires and servicing needs in person, by phone, or through electronic access channels.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, banking, and cash handling experience of 2-5 years required.
• Ability to manage and maintain member relationships to achieve primary financial institution relationships (PFI)
• Ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Ability to perform work accurately in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Must pass related background checks with no criminal records.
• May be required to pass an illegal Drug and Alcohol screening.
• Valid Unexpired Driver's License with the ability to work in various locations as needed.
• Professional appearance required with No Visible tattoo’s or facial & tongue piercings.
