Assistant Parts Manager
$2,500.00 SIGN ON BONUS!!!
Tri-State Trailer Sales, Inc. is looking for a highly motivated strong leader to assist with overseeing our Parts department and creating an excellent customer experience at our Pittsburgh, PA branch.
We are a full-service semi-trailer dealership including Sales, Rental/Leasing, Service and Parts department. We have been in business for 37 years, and a leader in the transportation equipment sales industry.
Responsibilities:
· Assist with overall profitability, customer service, parts sales and general management of the Parts department and outside parts salespeople
· Receive and fill telephone orders for parts
· Managing inventory of stock
· Replacing new merchandise on display
· Scheduling of Parts delivery trucks
· Handling invoices and paperwork for the Parts department
Qualifications:
*Must have current knowledge in one or more of the following areas:
* Semi-trailers, Semi-trucks
* Heavy duty automotive, or any related equipment with air brakes
- 2+ years of Counter Sales or Assistant management experience.
- Microsoft Office software experience
- Ability to prioritize and multitask daily work activities in an extremely fast paced, hands on management role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Team player winning attitude with a positive and professional demeanor
* Lifting of parts will be required, parts weighing over 50 lbs. is common
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
