Medical Assistant
Description
The Medical Assistant assists in greeting patients, admitting, preparing patients, and signing-out patients. This position supports the physician and patient throughout the care process, including preparing bills, typing, and filing charts. The Medical Assistant is responsible for meeting and maintaining established medical protocols.
Medical Assistant program completion and/or physician office experience within the last three (3) years
Shift: Daylight. May require some evenings and Saturdays.
Hours Per Week: 40

Education
Required
High School/GED or better.
Preferred
Associates or better in Medical Assistant Program.
Experience
Required
Medical Assistant Program completion within one (1) year or MD/DO office or primary care office experience within the last three (3) years required.
