Institutional Research and Compliance Coordinator

 

Waynesburg University is seeking applicants for the position of Institutional Research and Compliance Coordinator. This is a full-time, benefits eligible position. Master’s degree with coursework applicable to the duties preferred. Bachelor’s degree with two plus years of experience related to the duties required. Capable of working independently, candidates should possess strong analytical, organizational and communication skills and have demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and effectively with various constituent groups. Responsibilities include data collection, tracking, reporting, and analysis for the institution, using multifaceted approaches, platforms, resources, and tools to analyze and communicate complex data. Standardize reporting of key performance measures and student achievement measures. Collect and analyze data for campus grants. Provide data to the University’s Senior Staff and other administrators for annual institutional data reports, outcomes and assessment, data management, and data analysis and interpretation for assessment activities. Successful candidates must demonstrate a strong Christian faith, a commitment to the University’s Mission and a demonstrated commitment to that faith, through his/her professional responsibilities, relationships and the mentoring of students.
